When you request an estimate, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, project location, approximate project size, timeline, project details, and photographs. We use this information to review your project, contact you, prepare an estimate, and provide requested services.

Website and communication providers

Estimate requests may be transmitted through FormSubmit and delivered to Evercrest Coatings by email. Your information may also be handled by the communication, hosting, security, and analytics providers used to operate this website and respond to your request.

Floor visualizer photos

Photos selected in the floor visualizer are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded for preview generation. If you submit a design enquiry, a resized copy of your original photo and the design comparison are sent through FormSubmit to Evercrest Coatings with your project and contact details. Your shortlist lasts only while the page is open. A comparison you download is saved to your device.

Google Maps content

This website may display ratings and reviews supplied by Google Maps Platform. Your use of Google Maps content is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and applicable Google Maps terms.

How long we keep information

We retain project inquiries and related communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by Evercrest Coatings, subject to applicable record keeping obligations.
